I recently picked up a tricycle to assist me in getting our dog out for walks and for running to the mailbox. Being disabled I have mobility issues, and this tricycle was intended tohelp. The issue with this trike was threefold. First Amazon helped me solve one of them by having a conversion kit so that I could turn this from a 7 speed into a 21 speed, secondly the seat post was way too short for me. I'm only 5'10" but the seat post was inches too short. The third issue was the pretty Chrome seatpost that came with the trike did not provide a good clamping surface for the seat, which would allow it to rotate and never stay properly aligned. This new seat post is much longer and made of aluminum. The seat clamp gets a nice firm bite on the aluminum and the length allows plenty of adjustment. The post has graduated marks from 1 to 10 on the part of it's adjustable length, and as it sits in the picture it's on number eight, with 1 being the highest. At 67 years old I may have one growth spurt left in me, and I could grow another 7 inches in height and still be able to use this seat post. The price was more than fair for the quality and finish of this product. Extremely happy to be able to use this trike the way I intended!

This will work on some ebikes to replace seatposts in order to change saddles. Just check size on your existing seatpost to get a match. Works great and has measurements so that you can readily see where your post is set.

Fit my Huffy bike perfectly (27.2) The one that came with the bike is stuck on the stiff seat it came with and this allowed me to attach a new comfortable seat to my bike.

I wish the bike seat post was labeled not only in metric but in SAE Sizing. The post was very long but so were all the other ones I looked at. I had to resize the post to fit my and it worked out great. Nice product, just check the length to make sure it fits your bike.

Durable Seat post, threw it on a neighbors cruiser and it looks great, a bit too long so I had to cut it down but that’s what’s good about it
