Relieves stuffy nose
Have used a few times now with a stuffy baby/toddler. Seems to help open him up throughout the night and help him sleep better.

Lavender ones are a plus
We use these all winter, especially when we have to run the heat and / or are under the weather. Lasts for several hours.

Strong but effective
We have been using these strips with our Vicks warm steam humidifier. It can hold two strips at a time which we found releases a very strong aroma. So strong it woke me in my sleep. Our bedroom is 20 x 15 but Since we have used one strip at a time it it has been much better.

Not my daughters favorite
Very strong smell which I know that’s what it’s supposed to be but overbearing and my daughter woke up couple times through the night feel like she didn’t like it
