I’ve been using this Organic Inulin FOS Powder (from Jerusalem Artichoke) for nearly a year now, and it’s become a staple in my morning routine. My wife and I originally bought it to support gut and colon health, but the benefits have gone well beyond that.We add 1 scoop to my morning coffee. It dissolves easily and has no noticeable taste, which makes it incredibly easy to incorporate into daily habits. Within a few weeks of consistent use, I began noticing improvements in my digestion and afternoon energy levels. I also found myself less hungry during the mornings, which has helped with weight management. Most notably, my LDL cholesterol numbers have gone down, and I attribute a good part of that to this product (the primary reason I started).One important note: if you’re new to prebiotics, start slow. The label suggests a full scoop daily, but I experienced some minor stomach discomfort when starting out. A half scoop for the first several days helped my body adjust, and I’ve had no issues since increasing to a full dose.The packaging is decent. The powder comes in a sturdy, resealable bag, though the zip-lock can tear if you’re not careful when opening it. To make things easier, we transfer a portion to a smaller airtight jar and keep it by the coffee machine.Considering the health improvements and how easy it is to use, the value for the price is excellent. I’ve since added it to my Subscribe & Save order and plan to continue using it long term.Tip: Start with a smaller dose and give your body time to adjust. And open the bag carefully to avoid tearing the seal.

Works well for feed L.Reuteri bacteria. I’ve used the entire bag. I also sometimes put it straight in my tea or coffee or smoothie. Dissolves easily. Good quality and easy to mix. Tastes just fine.

I mix Inulin in my coffee with straight monk fruit powder and the insulin tends to smooth the harsher sweetness of the monk fruit out some. Good quality source at a good price.

This has become my go-to daily fiber. I have done the research, and Inulin has so many benefits. I put this in my drinks, or yogurt, etc. and it does not clump easily. Drawbacks are mainly on the packaging side.. The bag can be difficult to re-close, so they need to work on this part of the packaging because of potential spills and I don't know what the open air would do to the product. I also think the little scoop they provide is kind of useless - I just use a measuring spoon.

Does not dissolve as well or at all in my coffee as another brand I have tried

Great tasting inulin. Has worked well for both dairy and non dairy prebiotic feeding in home made yogurts from coconut milk or vegetable based yogurt. Good quantity and quality for the money.

Love this for my homemade yogurt. I tend to mix it into warmed milk a little at a time to avoid clumping.

I use with L Reuters and the Ultimate Healte yogurt machine.
