Really good
I really love this size mud pan. The quality of the steel is like no other. The spatulas are perfectly flat and the handle is perfect for big hands. They are not so heavy yet very well made. One of the best sets I have

I don't like the coating on the knife
This knife has a thick clear coat on it that creates a bead at the blade edge. Unfortunately mine came with a large scratch/gouge in the coating that makes that side of the knife unusable. I'm not sure if that coating is supposed to come off, or what, but not a fan. Also this pan is not nearly as nice as the metrix pan. I tried to return this, but for whatever reason, this was non-returnable.
