This DVD player is excellent. It arrived quickly, was well packed and in perfect condition. It was easy to charge, taking about 2 hours, and the instructions are easy to follow. I used it for the first time and I was very happy with the performance. The screen is a good size and I like that you can turn it to get a good view, without losing stability if it’s on a table. The dvd playback and the sound are both clear. You can charge it from the mains or in the car, or you can plug it into the television, so very versatile. I’m looking forward to taking it travelling with me every week and using it in the garden when the weather is warm and dry. The purple colour is very attractive, too. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great portable DVD for the price. It has a large screen, is about the size of a laptop but surprisingly light. The picture and sound quality are really good too. It does everything I want it to with added features like the swivel screen, subtitle button (I often need subtitles due to brain fog from energy limiting conditions), the ability to connect it to your tv and to plug in a usb card or stick.It takes a little while to charge up but seems to hold its charge well, I top it up after I’ve watched a film but haven’t had any issues with it running out.It’s straightforward to use, pretty simple, haven’t used the remote yet.It looks great and the quality is exactly what you’d expect for the price. I’d recommend it.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I bought it to replace a much older and smaller portable player.I have so far used it in the conservatory, and plan to use it in the bedroom during the winter. In neither place do I want a permanent TV and player setup.It is well made.The battery lasts for over two films, but you can also use it whilst charging. Charging is not the fastest, but this is not a device where that is particularly important.The sound quality is good. The volume goes up a long way. It is a clear sound, which is important as I have only partial hearing in one ear. I have not used earphones yet.The screen is large for a portable device. The picture quality is good, with good definition and clear colours. The swivel feature is particularly useful as I can easily adjust it to reduce reflections when I use it in the conservatory. The screen is large enough to be able to sit away from the device without straining to view the film.My only criticism is that it is difficult to get a carrying case. One is available, but there are several comments that it is a very tight fit, and that it's not possible to carry the charger in it. A larger laptop case would be appropriate, but they are more money than I wish to pay because I do not plan on using this away from home.I think that if you wanted to use this in a car, then it might be awkward as it is bigger than average. I imagine that it would be excellent to use in a caravan or a motorhome, or even in a tent.I am very satisfied. I certainly recommend this product.

A very functional piece of equipment , great size of screen and the flexibility means you can watch it from any angleVolume slightly low when used on an aeroplane but overall am v happy with the purchase

Bought this for my sister’s birthday present in February. I gave it to her early so I could check it was working ok and activate the generous 3 year warranty.We are both really pleased with the dvd player. It’s well made , solid, has a lovely picture and large screen . The controls are easy to follow and I was pleasantly surprised to discover it does other things too , like connect to the tv to watch dvds on an even larger screen.I recommend this product.

Fab machine. It's much better picture quality than expected and about the size of a 15inch laptop. The screen rotates to make it easier move around and position. The anti shock it a fantastic feature especially when a toddler is using it as it stops the dvd posting when moving around. It seems solid as its been dropped a number of times with no damage. It is portable and functional however there is no way to attach it via cable onto a projector or tv.

Easy to use, lovely clear picture and volume is as good as the TV. Machine is sturdy and being able to turn the screen is handy for using in bed . No problem recommending
