I've been taking Turmeric supplements for a few years now but only discovered this one as my last product was not available anymore.Always a concern on amazon as thngs often just dissapear once you find something you like and have it on repeat.If you have done your research you will know that Turmeric is a spice that contains curcumin which is a powerful antioxidant. Reduces inflamation in the body by blocking molecules that cause swelling and pain. I have put this here as I like to do thorough research before committing to buying. I do find full review very helpful too.I am genuily impressed with the results. Been using this now for over a month consistently as directed. My joint stiffness in the mornings in particular seems to be so much better. And general inflammation.This was apparent even just after about 2 weeks.What I like most is that it isn't just plain turmeric - it also has Curcumin (this is the active compound) and black pepper and ginger.If you are like me and into supplements - and want to understand why this is important here's a little summary (you are welcome) :-)Curcumin - active compound - does all the heavy lifting !Ginger - adds the extra anti inflammatory and digestion supportBlack Pepper - his is supposed to boost the absorbtion of curcumin by somethng like 2000% !! so you are actually getting the benefits rather than just passing it through your systemI have noticed less bloating and feel more 'comfortable' after a meal. Used to get occassional heartburn but this has eased off slightly.The tablets themselves are easy to swallow. Recommendation is 2 per day, They are small and tasteless - something I hve struggled wit in the past is the after taste.Being a UK based company is also reassuring if that concerns you - I just want to know I can reorder without having to wait for a shipment to arrive - something that has affected me in the past.In summary - I would highly recommend - if you are looking for something to help with inflamation, digestion and or joint pain. It can also help with other inflammatory condition. I would do a little extra research to see the full benefits. A true superfood.You do need to be consistent as with any other product and the directions it has.It's been working for me and I have noticed a significant differnence. Highly recommend.

I bought these based on all the positive reviews and the fact that they are not in the standard capsule format, which I sometimes find difficult to swallow. However when I took my first dose following the instructions, within minutes I was coughing and I vomited. This is because of a combination of the potent ingredients plus the tablets start dissolving in your throat before they get to your stomach. Capsules dissolve in the stomach. If you are sensitive as I am, you may experience this reaction. I can feel a warmth in my throat which is the pepper and ginger and obviously it's already started to break down. I now take one after breakfast and one after dinner. That suits me better than 2 at once. I might have to find another brand once this pack is finished and I find it works - too soon to say, I bought them for persistent back pain.

After a running injury iv been using Ibropofen for 5 years, which I know is so bad for me, but the doctors couldn't diagnose the pain. Iv been taking these for 1 week now and I actually cant believe it.... pain free. Fair play to Nutrion geeks, what an amazing product .

I have been taking this turmeric product for a few years now to help with joint pain ... it certainly helps. Although at the start it was three months at least before noticing the effect it was having.

The product was just as advertised, great service, and fast delivery.

I've been using this product for a couple of years now and on the whole they're good but twice now I've received a pack where the tablets perhaps haven't be coated properly meaning they stain my fingers yellow when taking them out of the pack and they burn my throat when swallowing.

Easy to swallow have been taking these now for over a year definitely helps with inflammation
