TP 10ft Hip Hop Trampoline

Great quality and very sturdy.Building instructions are very poor and it is very difficult to build especially when you have to sew the webbing in. It took three of us over four hours to build due to the very poor instructions.

The instructions for assembly are poor - as well as being difficult to follow they don't warn you that the inside net can only go one way round - a lot of time and effort wasted. The instructions also illustrate a jump mat with a series of 'loops' to thread the side net into, but ours doesn't have the loops so the side net can't be attached. I've raised it 3 times with their customer service department over 7 days, and had only 1 response in that time - which hasn't solved anything. The trampoline looks like it will be good if/when sorted, but so far my 2 daughters are still without their Christmas present and the retailer (Duplay) don't seem to care - so beware.

Wrong delivery of items, and when they got it right, the netting is stitched backwards and the door doesn't work properly. Already sent back twice so can't face to do it again. Such poor quality control. Shame on you TP and Amazon. Very unexpected.

My children love this trampoline. Having bought a few trampolines in the past, i have found that you get what you pay for. TP is a reputable brand and this is a solid trampoline at a great price. The tunnel entry is brilliant because there is no zip that can get rusty and stuck but it does mean the children are safely kept inside. Would recommend.
