Runs very small

This is not a fleece sweatshirt. It has a polyester feel to it. It’s not soft and warm, but it is cute. The shipping was quicker than expected. I ordered a size up since my daughter likes an oversized fit. It runs small and is not oversized.

My 9 year old loves it and got she got a lot of compliments. She is tall for her age so i got her a size 12/13 and fits just right.
