I found the curling coach to be very helpful - having never done quilling before, I had difficulty in doing straight rolls if I didn't use the coach, but I was able to do them much better if I used it.It also comes with the 2 blue and 2 pink slotted tools and the useful tweezers. A nice, cheap little starter kit (current price £3.69).

I'm new to the craft so was looking for a small set to get started with. This works fine. Good sturdy plastic that is comfortable to hold and well finished with no sharp edges. The guides are great for judging the right size and useful if you aren't used to doing paper curling. All you need to add is the paper itself.Very good quality overall.

Primera vez que oigo hablar de esto del quilling y me apetecía probarlo. Se trata de un kit de iniciación bastante sencillo. Trae herramientas básicas: 4 bolígrafos rodantes con ranura en la punta, una pinza y una especie de plantilla para entrenar. Los 4 bolígrafos son iguales y hubiera estado bien que se hubiera variado un poco en el tamaño de la punta, pero se manejan bien. Se echa de menos un manual explicativo con formas que se pueden hacer, manejo, etc. Tras buscar tutoriales, he optado por hacer unas rosas usando solo los bolis y más o menos salen decentes.
