Flimsy
I bought this to replace the original one which broke when the plastic housing snapped while I was using it. Unfortunately the same thing happened to this one. Unless your butter is very soft the unit just isn't sturdy enough and the plastic housing is very flimsy. Fortunately I solved the problem by buying a hand held electric mixer which is fantastic.

Faulty whisk
Purchased as a genuine replacement part but it lasted only a matter of weeks before , when mixing cream for a cake, it one whisk broke. Could not be bothered to go through the return process.

Kenwood Beater Whisk
I broke mine when tried to (stupidly) beat cold butter and sugar in my food processor. It does say in the instructions not to do that!So I was really pleased to be able to get a replacement at a reasonable price
