I was honestly just looking for a pink pair of clippers because most of my cats' things are pink and it's also my favorite color. Of course quality is important to me too, but the main thing was the color. However, I was pleasantly surprised because these clippers were cutting smooth as butter. I especially love the ergonomic bend because it makes the angle at which I hold it so much easier to cut without needing to have a death grip and straitjacket on my kittens. The only thing that worries me is that the blades seem not very tight, so I'm concerned it will loosen over time and get harder to cut with, but for now it's at a perfect tightness because it cuts cleanly without being difficult to open/close. If it does end up loosening, the price is reasonable enough that I wouldn't mind buying a replacement (as long as it's not like once every 6 months). Depending on the time it takes to loosen/dull enough for me to need a replacement, I may update my rating. Stay tuned!

My indoor kitty isn’t able to wear her claws down well and if I can’t trim them she’ll get herself stuck in my blankets. These trim her claws without splitting the nail and are cute and lightweight. As her momma, I love them. Kitty girl… she tolerates them.
