Product is good quality, well-designed, beautiful, with guideline for standardised installation. Privacy lock provides additional feature.Note: this lock does not cause accidental lockout.

Only one key works. Poor
Received this lock with 4 keys which seemed fine. However realised after installation that only 1 key works and the other 3 keys dont work as they have a different number. Not sure how such a mistake can be done while packing the item. Now we are stuck with just 1 key. Couldnt return the product as the lock has already been installed and just missed the return deadline. Disappointing.

Single deadbolt with a privacy lock. Free installation by godrej, however, had to pay for removal of the old lock (₹130) plus an additional ring attachment (₹400) to ensure the lock fits at the same position as the old lock. Overall okay
