Q: Does this come with a sprayer or is it just the bottle?

No sprayer, I bought a spray bottle at the dollar store.

Q: Does the bottle come with a seal or do you just open the cap and it's open? And I notice only a tiny bit of lemon scent, normal?

If you’re referring to the cap for the bottle ? Yes. An actual seal ? No

Q: Is this the same as the regular with a hint of lemon

I prefer this over the regular IronX, I think it's a bit thicker so it clings longer to get a better working time. Also I don't think it exactly smells like lemon, just doesn't smell as bad as the regular.

Q: I just received this why is there no spray trigger ? Nothing states that it wouldn’t be included.?

Mine came in a spray bottle. Sounds like a mistake. Contact the seller.
