Q: leaks badly, how stop?

I was having a bad leak not where the hose attaches, but where the yellow ring is attached to the handle. Called Miracle Grow (Scott’s Lawn), and she wasn’t sure why. They were going to have me send in my receipt for a refund, but then my husband had an idea. We switched from our pocket hose to a traditional hose. The brass fitting on the traditional hose is longer than the pocket hose one. It secures the yellow ring to the handle, and no more leaking!

Q: I'm stumped. It arrived full of the ''food''. NO instructions as to how much to use per application of the size of the do-dad.

First of all the product (sprayer) is crap and if you get two uses out of it you will be lucky. Second remove the bottle and take off the plastic seal over the top of the bottle. reinstall hook up a hose slide the lever to unlock and you are using it. different types of spray patterns are marked on the rotary nozzle select what you want. It says the bottle will treat 500 sq. feet of plants and they recommend reapplication every 10-14 days. Don't expect long use of the unit though, its really poorly made and will fail fairly quickly true landfill fodder. Oh did I say enough that the sprayer is crap, I really hope so based on my personal experience. The Miracle Grow itself is pretty good though, just the sprayer is trash.

The Feeder can be used for any of the Miracle Gro Water Soluble Plant Foods, including the Lawn Food.

Disfunctional design

The device does not work. The water leaks from the joint and water does not even reach the jar content to spray onto the plants. Had to resort to manually mixing the powder into a watering can to use.

Leaking very badly. Can’t be used

Product leaking from body and connection so much that it is not spraying from nozzle.Can’t be repaired.I read other reviews that mentioned this but thought for sure not all would be like that. But mine was the same. Either they resell the same stuff when returned or they are all defective. Don’t bother
