Leave the hair soft, strainght and silky. I fixed the product with the Iron before to remove and the result is it perfect

The seal was broken and this is a non returnable item but Amazon customer service team has helped me with the issue.Talking about the product.. I think it did not do anything to my hair. It stings the eyes. But after all the pain I had gone through during the process, unfortunately it did not do anything to my curls. I guess it’s not worth putting the hair under soo much stress (due to the steps involved in smoothening- blow dry and repeated ironing) for no good reason/result.

Its decent. More like a hair spa that will last a month. Not that great but there can be a difference in the frizziness. Lasts more than a month. But also depends on how saturated you make it.
